We deliver Australia-wide from our Melbourne warehouse. Metro VIC deliveries are typically next-day; regional areas vary by distance. Large appliances include white-glove placement and old unit removal.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. Our certified technicians handle water, gas, and electrical connections. Standard installs are included on select bundles, or available as an add-on at checkout.
What is the warranty coverage?
All units come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Extended coverage up to 5 years is available on select premium models. Review details on each product page.
